What is the cut-off time for orders and how far in advance can I order?
You can place orders up to 4 weeks in advance with a cut off time of 11pm the night before delivery.

Can I cancel/amend an order and if so, is there a penalty?
Orders can be cancelled online until 8am on the day of delivery.

Orders can be amended online until 11pm the night before delivery.

Simply log in and click on ‘Cancel/Amend Order' at the bottom of the page. Fill in the information required and submit.

A separate email will be sent containing a discount code if you are cancelling an order, allowing you to re-order a meal to the same dollar ($) value on a date of your choice.  Unfortunately, if a meal has not been cancelled by 11pm a discount code will not be issued.

Can I customise meals?

You can customise the contents of your meal by sending us an email or filling out the online form.

Please note, meal customisations should be used for children with allergies/intolerances.

Any customisations must be made before 11pm the night before delivery.

How can I pay?
Payment options include PayPal and Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express).

Where do the meals get delivered?
Meals get delivered straight to your child’s school.

How is hot food delivered to schools?
On hot food day (Thursday), Tuckshop2U makes a second delivery of hot food items just prior to lunch. Hot food items are delivered in heated delivery bags to maintain the food at the correct temperature. Please note, pizzas are not served hot. All other food items will be delivered prior to recess.

Is there any way I can send you feedback?

How do I close a Tuckshop2U account?
Send an email to info@tuckshop2u.com.au and we'll close it down for you.

What do I do if my child changes school or class?
Log in. Go to the ‘Your Account’ page. Edit your child's details and click Submit.

Do you provide cutlery?
Tuckshop2U aims to make meals easy-to-eat and mess free! Any cutlery required will be supplied with meals.

Are Tukshop2U’s Lunch Packs 100% nut free?

Tuckshop2U’s lunch packs are made from fresh ingredients of the highest quality.  We make every effort to ensure that the nutritious food we provide your child for lunch is also safe.

Tuckshop2U does not directly use products containing nuts in our lunch packs. However some products we use may have been processed where nut products are also processed.

Do I have to pay for shipping/delivery?
Shipping is free!  Fresh lunch packs made from the highest quality ingredients are delivered directly to your child’s school free of charge.
